Acton Relocation Management provided office relocation project management services for Balfour Beatty relocating 7 nr offices across central Scotland into 1 nr new office within Maxim Office Park at Eurocentral, North Lanarkshire.

They were appointed and commenced the role approximately 6 months prior to the 3-phase move (7 nr office relocations over 3 weekends) into Maxim, and carried out the duties competently and enthusiastically, bringing a wealth of experience to the process. This ensured that the moves were carried out efficiently and with the minimum of disruption to the process, with staff leaving their existing offices on the Friday and being able to commence work in Maxim within an hour of arriving on the Monday morning.
