Advanced Relocation Planning

Liaison with all parties for completion of the Agreement to Lease & Full Lease, Licence to Alter, and Wayleave for fibre installation
Chair of the DRS project team, harnessing the input and managing the actions of key stakeholders:

- HR,
- Health & Safety,
- Legal services,
- Finance,

Liaison with Cat A base build main contractor
Specification, procurement, and planning for the Cat B fit out (undertaken by Stirling Grey) of the c48,000 square feet interior featuring:
- construction (including installation of a full mezzanine floor),
- M&E, power & data
- Fire detection, alarm, and fire suppression system (undertaken by DAS Fire)
- Staff welfare provisions
- Branding
Financial management, risk review and management reporting
Capital allowances review
Dilapidations at surrendered units

Relocation Project Management

Strategy, design & specification for the relocation from the existing local operation – housed in four neighbouring units – serving c250 staff
Invitation to movers to bid, including adherence to client’s Due Diligence protocols
Host movers’ surveys and questions
Manage bid reviews, assessment, and support client procurement process
Liaison with equipment OEMs
On-site management of the physical relocation for all equipment, and environmental clearance of unwanted ff&e to facilitate dilapidations.
